How many glasses should you take per day?
We suggest starting with 1 glass per day. For some of us, it’s our go-to drink many times a day, especially after meals.

We suggest storing it for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. You may notice small floating probiotic elements. Not to worry—just sieve them into your glass.

How do you store it?
Our kombucha is unpasteurized to keep all the probiotics alive and kicking. This means it continues fermenting. To slow this down, keep it refrigerated.
More on how to store it...
Open the lid to burp it from time to time. If you plan to drink it within a week, we suggest leaving it open or decanting it to relax from the fermentation process.
Is it safe for kids?
In small amounts, yes! We have served it to little ones and grandparents with no complaints.
Is it safe for pregnant women?
Each pregnancy comes with its own special conditions. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
